Runs/workouts:
Tuesday: 5.4k (46 minutes: 6 sets of 1 min hills @ 9.5kmh @ 8.5-9.5 incline with 2 min recovery at 5.8-6kmh @ 3.0 incline; followed by 8 sets of 30s hills and 1min recovery of the same) - felt tough, but cooldown at 9.1kmh felt easier than warmup at 8.5kmh
Thursday: 6K (12 min tempo followed by 26 minute tempo, couldn't keep up 10kmh so most of the tempo at 9.5kmh)
Saturday: 8k (57minutes - felt hard outside, couldn't go faster than 6min45s)
This week, my highlights have been:

This week, my highlights have been:
- Doing every single workout! Although I'm worried about my pelvis, need to see a physio to make sure that it's okay with my running
- First playgroup at the church since the school holidays, Sofia loved being back and driving her 'car'; also park time with Sofia (although now she likes stepping into thin air from a 1.2m height which scares me!)
- Charlie is smiling more and more, and was super well behaved for his hip ultrasound <3
- Making a sweet potato pie with haupia and roasted crushed macadamias for a US themed lunch with Anhtai, Asma and Anne - pretty proud of the result :)
